Almost positive this is a pig or is it chupacabra

Friends of the in-laws got this in their front yard. Killed their basset hound. Left just the head.

I think its a pig. Possibly a bear?

that looks like a pig to me...however, I am not sure I believe that a pig killed and ate a basset hound...

We Used to call it a sworper. It's a cross between a pig and a miniature horse. We see them all the time around here. They like to eat turkey.
