have an upvote swanny , my folks and family had no issues. Parents are out on Rowland Dr with about 20 old tall oaks in their yard, they said it was a mess, but no worries. Same for my brothers north of Monroe/Sterlington
Where was the bulk of the damage done, or was it spread about. Folks said it was down town, but I was just checking.

We live off of vancil - they say and it looks like the tornado actually touched down where Vancil and New Natitiches intersect - i work
On downing pines lots of damage to Sanders and some of the businesses in that area - I haven't been to Monroe yet but from reports around theULM campus took a pretty direct hit - the high wind damage is pretty wide spread actual tornado damage I am not sure.

Yeah, nothing much in Westlakes. However, New Natchitoches looks like a park compared to Caples Road.

I work on near Forsythe Ave in Monroe, it got hit pretty hard.
Thankfully no one was injured, still without no power as of Thursday.
Many businesses have brought in diesel generators.

You're a good man, OG. I don't live down there, but I thank you for all the help you've been rendering to the folks that got hit by the tornado. I guess Downshift is also gonna be real busy for a while now...

This is my first post in this thread, but I live in the Garden District, and I still don't have power. Also, I used to be on Franklins a lot. Probably gonna be up there a little more this year than the past few years. Maybe I'll see some of you fellas.

Have a daughter living in Monroe. Took the power generator up to her on Wednesday. Garden District in Monroe is very fricked up as in couldn't even get to the place we used to live at when we lived in Monroe. Have a picture of the actual tornado. Mean looking sonofabitch.
