Here in B'ham, an Academy had a pile on the shelves but only sell 2 boxes to a customer. $4.99 later I had 2 boxes of Winchester .22LR Wildcat. Crapola, just two.

It is the same deal with Academy here in Alexandria. (Well at least it was on Sunday)
Limit Two boxes per customer or limit one box of bulk .22LR per customer. There were signs saying that all over the ammo aisle. It is the only ammo there that is still sold like that. I was there on Sunday looking for some .308 when I saw the signs.

I'm glad I only have about 25K rounds. I stocked up on a couple cases years ago when they were $70 each. Been slowly adding since then.
