What would you guys recommend for 100K mile maintenance on a Silverado? Just match the mfr recs? Should I replace the radiator fluid?

Do exactly what the manual says.

When my Yukon got to 100K:
New AC Delco spark plugs
Changed front and rear diff fluid with Amsoil fluid
Changed transfer case fluid with Amsoil fluid
Radiator system flush
I debated whether to do a transmission flush but many people agreed that messing with it could introduce materials that would make it fail. I decided to leave it alone entirely and it's still going strong at 121k miles (6L80 transmission).

Only via power flush. Drain and fill every oil change 3x in a row. Then forget about it for another 120k.
I drain and fill every 30k. Once a year average. 210k miles a few minutes ago.

That's a good strategy as long as you are putting an OEM filter in periodically.

I have aisin trans, literally just clean them out and reinstall

They install it sideways?

Thread derailing aside, toyota was willing to admit it was easier to buy a quality transmission than it was to build them.
For the OP. Take a 10-15 mile ride. In 4wd if you have it. Get it home and drain everything. Motor. Trans. Diffs. Transfer case. Refill with high quality fluids and filters. Change the plugs, but I'd have on to the wires and coils.
Planning to keep the truck forever?
Change all of the coolant lines and hoses. Change the thermostat. Water pump too if it is fairly easy. Flush with distilled water. Refill with OEM spec fluid. I change my radiator every 100k, but I do a timing belt then as well.
Change all of the belts.
Once everything is back together, run a few cans of berrymans chemtool throw it and seafoam your intake if you're really bored. I wouldn't do the seafoam honestly.
Lastly, if you need brakes, flush your fluid while doing the bleeding. Most common reason for caliper failure.

I just did mine on a 2011 z71 a few months ago. Engine oil and transmission fluid/ filter and send both of for oil analysis at Blackstone Labs. Both were fine. Changed spark plugs and transfer case oil. You do not need to do differential oil. Coolant changes are every 150-200k.
Use a ratchet strap to pull the exhaust tube up to the frame so you can get clearance to drop the transmission pan and change the filter. Clean out all the metal/dirt in the pan and on the magnetic drain plug and then reinstall with new filter. I was able to reuse gasket. You can suck almost all 6 quarts out the fill tube so you won't spill much when you drop the pan.
By the way, you can get 12-15k with Mobil 1 5w30 EP between changes. Verified by the lab.

I think the service record goes blank at 100K for a GM truck.

That's what I've been going by but I'd love to hear their detailed reasoning for this. Do you have the text in an email?

Probably based on the TBN's they are seeing with that oil/engine combo.

They synopsis is that wear metals and insolubles were very low compared to their averages for similar engines and the viscosity/flashpoint characteristics were still in spec at 12k miles.
The oil life computer was at about 15% when I changed the oil at 12k miles, so I think it's pretty accurate.
Also been using a Mobil 1 filter with the gold label.

I have 190k on mine and I've literally done none of the things being mentioned here. New shocks struts and rotors and it rides like a Cadillac

Trade that POS in before it goes to crap.
My wife's Tahoe is 13 months old and has already had 2 recalls and a seized AC compressor... which was not still under warranty due to mileage.

Would you drive it to Alaska, this morning? No prep.
I've got a lot more miles than you and I would. That's the beauty of maintenance.
