Brought Jr squirrel hunting this morning. Had 3 around us. Let him shoot at the closest one. The Crack barrel hammer came back and smoked him right under his eye. Hunt over. Not his first time in the woods with it, but maybe anxious to kill his first squirrel. I don't think it'll ruin him though. He's pretty tough.

here come a giant white dog walking down my shooting lane. Just like that, hunt over
I know it's hard to stay after something like that happens. And I always wondered if dogs really screw up an area.
Last week on my trail cam, I had a big arse yellow bulldog mix looking dog by my feeder. Less than an hour later I have pics of an 8 point in the same spot.
Just some food for thought.

Please tell.me you're not going to shoot a doe that has a fawn. That's not good.

Tell my boy Paul Gabe said hello. Pretty good outfit he has up there. What farm does he have you on?

Lafourche Parish buck?
Depending on what part of the lease he is on, he is either a lafourche parish or a terrebone parish buck. On this night he is a lafourche parish buck
