I couldn't hunt but Papa Hat made an afternoon hunt in MS. Didn't see anything. Said it was very windy

Yeah I noticed that. They'e normally pretty good (iPhone 4s) but I was operating it with gloves and couldn't get a good focus plus I wasn't tryng to spook the damn thing. Wouldn't have mattered anyway because the wind swirled and got busted anyway. I looked at my weather app and the wind was blowing in four different directions within 20 miles of me

I learned I need a new bow target today. After two seasons I'm shooting through it up to the fletchings at 30yds. I'm thinking either a block or a 3d target. Can't decide.

Sat in the stand at Sherburne this a.m., was only able to sit until 8:30 no deer sighted while in stand but I did walk damn near on top of a spike (still in velvet) on the way out, would of been DRT if a rifle would have been in my hands
