It's basically a car sharing service and is only available in larger cities. I'll be in Miami for over a week and I'm considering this vs a rental.

You can reserve a car for an hour or day+.

$6/month and you pay anywhere from $7/hour to $71/day.

I saw them in Indianapolis. I guess it's good if you only need a car a few hours a day and the pick up and drop off spots are convenient. I could also see it being useful in cities with limited parking around town.

My buddy used them all the time in DC... I couldn't stand how there are "reserved parking spots"... How does a company get reserved parking spots in a metro downtown

When I was at Syracuse, my friend didn't have a car so he'd rent one of the zipcars. He loved the convenience of being able to rent it for a weekend, drive all the way to new hampshire and back for about $50 or $60. I'd try it if I needed a car at specific times

Thanks for the info.

Any info on the Hyatt Regency Miami (Downtown)? Looks like I'm staying there.
