Hulu is not longer lettering me use my account between my Louisiana home and my Florida home. I have got to set up a seperate account but someone suggested I get YouTube TV instead....

...which is better? My primary concern is catching sports, LSU, etc while I am in Florida.

YouTubeTV is fine. I've never missed a LSU sporting event that I wanted to watch.

I know you’re being a smartass, but I’ve had DISH since I graduated and moved out of my parents house in 2006. Got it at my house, 2 hunting clubs, my office and shop. I’ve also never missed a baseball game because of SEC+.

They are almost the exact same thing. I went with Hulu simply for the fact I watch science channel a decent amount and YouTube doesn’t have it. Look at their channel line ups and see which one fits your viewing habits more. They both offer ESPN +. I’ve never missed a sporting event with Hulu

I know you don’t care, but how much are you paying for all that DISH?

Does YouTube tv not limit you to a home area? Is not then that’s your answer. As far as packages, I think they are very similar. I do wish Hulu allowed more than one site, and they do if you watch on your phone. Just hook up your phone or iPad when in FL.
Or just get an hd antenna for local channels and the apps for everything else in FL.
I think you are over complicating it.

I have YTTV and love it. I've never used HULU. But I can tell you from the game threads on the rant, plenty of HULU customers complain about frozen pictures and lag.

I don't think either require a commitment. try one for a month and see how you like it vs the other.

Not switching then. Hulu has a couple of local (Lafayette) channels. Guess I could always switch to the digital antenna to catch those.

Wasn’t happy not being able to play the MLB playoffs at the deer lease since they started restricting to home area.

Gonna try this

If that doesn’t work gonna try a VPN service and set it for my home parish.

Just connected Starlink roam up at the house, going to be bringing it to the fishing camp and deer lease camp next year.

I use one youtube TV account for both central Alabama and north Mississippi. Both can be used at the same time but there is a device limit.

I just canceled Hulu after 10 years. Disney fricks up everything.

YT sent me a very appealing introductory offer. Not sure what took me so long.
