Also, post your weight.

If you ran a < 7 minute mile but you weigh less than 200lbs then it doesn't really count and you're automatically penalize 3 minutes.

My best time.

how fast can you run it smoking a cigarette and chugging a 40 before it, though?

Doesn't count since you were small enough to be a woman. I'll adjust your time to 8:23.

Congratulations.

I am not designed for any thing more than say a 25 yard dash.

I haven't ran in probably 15 years but I ran a mile this weekend for fun in around 5 min flat

I weigh about 265 these days

is that fast? I feel like I could probably drop a minute off that time if I actually tried

Is this the thread where everyone brags about running a mile in under ten minutes? Yeah, we definitely believe you, cool guys.

5:09 first of three miles at Highland road Park when I ran cross country in hs. Only problem is the good runners maintained that pace where I finished in the mid 19's for 3 miles

5:17 in an 8th grade track meet. It's the only time I was ever timed. I grew up playing soccer so I was always in good shape.

I always feel like races should be categorized based on weight instead of age.
