Good to you for declining. It's your right to decline, and his right to get a warrant if there's no probable cause. While I truly appreciate the police and what they provide for society, we still have rights and we need to understand them and use them - if we don't, we will eventually lose them.

This is the biggest problem with LE. You get guys like this that constantly change departments before they get fired. Some departments are so desperate for officers that they will hire these bums because they don't have to train them or send them to the academy.

That dickhead cop resigned, is being prosecuted, and is getting sued by the two guys he abused. frick him. This is what needs to happen to all dickhead cops who abuse their authority. Hopefully actions like this will help weed out the bad ones.
If his wife thought he was having a bad year, it just got worse.

you are either a complete moron or joking. If you watch it happen and do nothing about it then you're just as big a scum bag. These are not a bunch of good guys with 1 or 2 bullies who spoil the milk. They are ALL scum because they watch it happen and do nothing about it.
