i have a coworker who is from Iran, everytime he solves a problem he says BOOM!!! (Just imagine Borat yelling BOOM and you get the picture).
Due to his ethnic background, his celebrations are making a few people in the office nervous.
Should we talk to him about his word choice?
Should we interrupt him while he's watching his propaganda on you tube
Should we just leave him alone and stop being racist
