First Murder

Here's a link to video of this cop's first murder. Pretty similar to this one with the same "get on the ground or I'm gonna fricking shoot you" meme. Tazes the guy then a split second later murders him. All because he "had a crazed look in his eye".

And this guy wasn't even reprimanded and is free to murder the next person that looks at him funny.

Holy shite. The guy tased the guy then shot him while he was being tased?

How do you even do that?

1) man was wanted for shooting a person during a robbery of methamphetamines.

2) man had been stopped early and had fled on foot and escaped capture.

3) Upon making contact with occupants, the officer recognized the wanted man.

4) Man refused to show officer his hands. (Reasonable to believe a man wanted for shooting someone would have a gun.)

Logic cannot be applied when we have threads about Police use of deadly force discussions on this board.

Not one single bit of that justifies lethal force.

I wish you pussies would stop acquiescing to these cops attempts to turn the USA into the USSR.

This cop was a hysterical, bleeding gash. As far as I'm concerned, if you support his actions you're a piece of shite.

Exactly. This guy should have been in jail based off that first shooting. No cop with a good conscience can post in this thread and say " if you don't do what I say I'm going to fricking shoot you" is a viable by the book first response to any kind of slight disobedience. What police academy teaches that?

And you don't don't know any statements and interviews from the officer or witnesses.

You don't have any background info on the officer.

You have passed judgement based simply on a portion of the evidence and your own bias.

IRRELEVANT. He shot an unarmed man.

IRRELEVANT. This guy could have been a part-time officer, part-time teacher, and part-time preacher. He could have worked tirelessly his whole life to help victims of child abuse. He could have been, by all accounts, a fricking saint. And? Do we not put normal citizens in prison for murder? Even the ones that were, until that point, great people?

I am using my eyeballs, supported by one simple fact. You're gleefully putting on the kneepads to support a piece of shite cop that doesn't care about the American justice system. You proud of this country, or would you rather we continue to delve deeper towards USSR status? At some point, you actually have to act like a great country to claim BEING a great country.

This cop summarily executed a US citizen who has rights that were bought with the blood of millions of American soldiers. The fact that YOU DON'T CARE that these rights were trampled on tells me that you're not much of an American. "Support our troops?" WTF DO YOU THINK THEY'RE FIGHTING FOR? fricking pussy.

So next time you get pulled over. Your reaching for wallet, registration. What have you. After a series of short quick and foul mouthed commands. You become quite confused. Next thing you know you have two rounds in your chest and he's still shouting commands like a cheese dick because he thinks that someone who just got shot multiple times with a 40 caliber is still able to function normally. You would still support the cop?

Of course he would. Thought process: "Cop shot someone? Cop was right. That person was me? Eh - I probably had it coming."

Certainly could have been handled better. But like in any other industry you get what you pay for with cops and they don't get paid shite. I'm all for paying more, by until we do, and also ramp up training - which also costs money - I don't think you can put a cop in jail without intent or gross negligence. He made the mistake of not waiting but I don't think you put someone in jail for that.

So being undertrained and underpaid gives you rights to kill who ever you want with no consequence?

Are you fricking stupid?

No but that is not what happened.

What I'm saying is....you can't determine justification based solely on a portion or evidence you read on the internet.

You need all the facts.

Yes

So can you!

Lethal force is justified for everyone (cops and citizens). The law factors in your perception and if a reasonable person would have perceived the same.

They are fighting so we can have a nice lifestyle in the US. These days the wars we are in have resulted is us having fewer rights so I wouldn't say current troops are really fighting for our rights. That being said, we need every one of them and I the overall good they do for our country makes it worth it.

You or me could have shot and robbed a methamphetamine dealer, then fled on foot from the police earlier that day?
