Would you rather have a mountain house or beach house/condo?

The houses along the nantahala river seem so great. I guess if I had to choose one it would be beach condo. Beach towns are better. Condo cause it would hold up better if a hurricane comes.

I’m not a mountain person
Definitely something on the coast

Wouldn’t mind both though

Mountain these days. All of the storms I've experienced as an adult have warned me off from beach condos.

I much prefer the cool mountain air over sand and heat. I guess having both would be nice, but I'd spend 75% of my time in the mountains.

Obviously, a mountain house. Never really gave much of a shite about the beach - without a boat to frick around on, it always seemed boring to me. The right mountains put me in a position that I will never be at a lack of fun stuff to do.

Mountain on a lake.

I was just talking with a friend who has a place on lake Hamilton in hot springs. Severely underrated spot if you ask me.

I love the mountains, but my kids would love the beach more, and it's closer. So that one

If hurricanes were extinct, definitely beach house baw.

In the meantime, give me the mountain house. Fox squirrels or redfish, we’ll have sustenance.

I enjoy my house in Montana more than my Exuma house.
