If this costs you the job, was it worth not paying to have it expunged?

Pay the new layers and put it behind you.

He only interviewed me and flew back. He took a small passenger plane to Alex and straight back. I was shocked he did that but he said he wants to meet all his guys. Told me he can't wait to see me again thru the hiring process.

Pardon is good, but you're right to keep getting the expungement.

Two because their was two people. It's basically exposing yourself intentionally for your own enjoyment. I was drunk and did it and they charged me with that cause of the humor I got from it.

Yeah you are right, but the opportunity came up so suddenly and jumped on it. Expungement wouldn't have been complete by the time I started the process with this company.

You have nothing to worry about but also as the poster above said you need to get it expunged.

Thats very easy to do espescially with this charge you mentioned.

Do it!

I would forgive that on someones record if I really wanted to hire them, it happened in college and they let me know about it before I found out. A Fortune 500 company may care but you will be ok if they flew out to see you and already knew about it.

There are 3rd party sites that pull all public records daily, archive them and repost them so these days even if you get it expunged it will show up to employers forever. This is something you will need to address forever, sorry bro but you do.

Well he got a job for the new DA here just as I finished probation. Any lawyer now wants double the price and won't talk to anyone until I pay. Working on filling out the paperwork myself.

How much are they wanting to charge?
How much will you possibly make in the new job?
I can ask my a close family member what she will do it far. She does those in her sleep.
