This isn't a joke. The pain is horrible. It hurts when I take a deep breath, cough, move, etc. The twisting, reaching motion did me in.

Any tips on the back strain?

Heat and relax. Maybe have a doctor prescribe muscle relaxers

Tell your BF that you want to be on bottom.

i did this while stretching to clean the glass in my bathroom one time..totally out of nowhere.

i was on the floor a good 2+ days in agonizing pain.

my neighbor was a pharma rep and they had just taken vioxx off the market and she gave me a bunch and said 'just take them' and sure enough they got me back on my feet.

*note i'm not recommending banned pharmaceuticals but damn if they didn't work miracles.

That's why I use a bidet. No reaching and twisting. More importantly, no itch chips.

If you have to twist and reach to wipe your arse, then yes....

For safety precautions, recommend this arse wiping position next time:

Ice for 3 days then switch to heat. Rest and pain killers if you have them.

I get those random spasms/cramps/strains every so often. Mostly when I do light duty stuff. That shite is paralyzing and painful as hell.
