Ignore any mistakes in the map (ex: Delaware/Maryland in the "Southeast").

1 - Pacific
2 - Rocky Mountain
3 - Southwest
4 - Midwest
5 - Southeast
6 - Northeast
7 - Alaska/Hawaii

Sort of hard to consider Louisiana and Delaware as the same "region."

No beach, no mountains, cold as hell.

Anyone who doesn't say four hasn't traveled enough.

Kansas alone dooms that entire group.

Much less Illinois.

I would think this is the case, though.

Pointless if Delaware and Louisiana are considered the same.

I'd go 4.

But I have no interest in living in Arizona, NM or Oklahoma, so it's close. Texas is a good option though, so I wouldn't foreclose it.
