i eat a good breakfast about an hour before. protein shake after. those are days i lift. usually egg whites, a slice of whole wheat toast and some mixed fruit. other days usually oatmeal or a protein shake or some cereal.

I try to get some protein in before a workout then a shake after.

I always eat a banana before I lift and a decent meal after. I am pretty yoked for the record so you should listen to me
