YMCA downtown
Look, the equipment is limited and can get crowded. But for me, it's all about location and it being downtown. The price isn't bad either. Multiple locations available to me and nationwide.

No I haven't. I hardly ever go during peak hours. Just looking for something that's well maintained and upgraded in a timely manner.
