Hammy curls
One legged leg press
Maybe calf raises?
THen ATTEMPT to run at least a mile

Abs throughout as my resting set

Got my Greyskull LP gainz in this morning


Overhead Press: 2x5, 1x5+ (6) 205 lbs
Weighted Chins: 2x5, 1x5+ (5) 30 lbs
Squats: 2x5, 1x5+ (8) 355 lbs

Calf raises

25 wall balls
25 KB swings

3x60 second banded plank

1 snatch every minute for 5 minutes starting at 75% adding 10lbs each time......3 rounds not for time

Monday 4/18 (chest and abs)

Bench press - warm up set, 3 sets 4-6 reps
Incline press - 3 sets 4-6 reps
Dips - 3 working sets 4-6 range
Cable crunch - 3 sets 10-12 reps
Captain's chair leg raise - 3 sets max
Bicycles - 3 set max
