Never owned work boots before and need some for working outside and being on my feet all day so they need to be comfortable, steel toe, and waterproof. What are the OT recommendations?

I have the redwing in both steel toe and non steel toe. They now have a composite toe boot that is probably lighter and more comfortable then the steel toe I own.

I have had good luck with Georgia Boot and Ariats, but what I found comfortable, some people might hate. Best to try out multiple manufactures and hope the store has a good return policy. I have bought boots that have felt great in the store, but once I wear them for more than 5 minutes, there is no way I could wear them for 12 hour shifts.

I use Timberland work boots and like them.

My buddy swears by the Doc Martin's slip on steel toe. He also used Skechers.

I've worn Justin's for a while now. They last me about 11 months. I buy a new pair every christmas which isn't bad considering I wear them 5 days a week.

make sure to walk around in them for a minute or so. Nothing worse than buying the wrong work boots. ur feet wont let u forget.

I have never had a bad pair of caterpillar boots. All excellent and very comfortable
