They had already checked her voter ID card and knew she was violent. When that changed to violent and armed her subscription was cancelled.

Yeah, unfortunately, people like this are the ones that breed like rabbits. Looks like she has no business raising kids.
Seattle has a gigantic homeless and mentally ill population so I'm sure there are hundreds of people like this lady in the area and I'm sure the local resources are inadequate.

If she has shown herself to be mentally ill and a danger to others, she should not be allowed to have a toothpick after she gnaws her steak to the bone.

I mean... maybe they could have tased her, but there's a slew of issues with this situation.
A) if she was so mentally disturbed, why was she allowed to have custody of 5 children????
B) how can police possibly predict the behavior of a mentally disturbed person who has a deadly weapon?
C) why did she have the weapon?
