Even putting costs aside, imagine having little kids with all the noise and activity that goes on around there 6 days a week

Yea, the place was by no means run down back in 2013. But management was changing policies that wasn't helping the place. I just noticed small changes here and there.

Management changed spring of 2013, I believe. It was definitely during the 2012-2013 school year.

And that is when it went downhill.

Like, I still have friends that live there. I don't mind the location, I still like the layout of ones that my friends live in. It's not a bad place to hang out.

But I wouldn't want to live there. Especially if that's not where hot girls are living anymore. I'd pick The Woodlands if I was gonna live along Ben Hur.

For sure.

I am hoping the kids being referenced were maybe just some tenant's siblings or whatever coming to visit since the tenant has a pool.

Do you remember the place that was at the corner or river road and brightside? I think it flooded after one bad storm.

They have those U Club Cottages there now. They used to be called something else but then they rebranded.

Not sure exactly which ones you're talking about.

According to the OT, living in Baton Rouge is akin to living in Baghdad so I don't understand the influx.

Why would anyone ever listen to the OT?

According to the OT, living is trashy so we should probably just kill ourselves.

Ah yeah good call. I just remember the neighborhood that backed up to beau pre because I had friends that lived in each neighborhood with yards backed up to each other so we would use their driveway to cut through into beau pre. I haven't been in that area in prob 3 or so years though

that place was fricking insane the first semester. there were times where literally there were so many cars on the street that only one car could drive in any direction

It's still like that of course.

Byproduct of giving out student loans like candy. Another federal government bubble poised to pop.

Lotta broken side mirrors. My buddy and his cousin bought two when they were being built, but up front. Was nice not having to drive through to the back

They started making hourly drives through the neighborhood about a year after I was in college. It killed people having parties and my friends that had a few houses moved out. I'm sure it comes and goes every couple of years in that area

Three thirty three is awesome. Had a buddy that lived there last year. Super nice and a lot of the cheerleaders live there.

Of course they rent for 2100 for a three bedroom
