In so many ways you prove my point...most are run by Dems. But many are predominantly republican. New Orleans, and cities like it are dem run because minorities flock there. Most minorities vote dem.

Cities can be fine, if they have law enforcement that is respectable. And when most if their attraction isn't nestled nestvto the most dangerous disoicable neighborhoods in the city.

Finding a reason to choose New Orleans without needing to be there is simply dangerous and worthless.

Take a good look around next time you're there, most of it is a dump. (LOVE the Garden District for the most part). Outstanding architecture and beauty. Guess why else it's the best part if town.
