I believe smith felt he needed to retrieve his gun due to an action of camp Hayes.

There is nothing that can dispute that at this time.

don't believe for a minute that Racquel was shot unintentionally
I'm more inclined to think their could have been a tussle for the gun with RS in between the two and it went off than to think CH wanted to shoot RS.

which would've drawn attention away from Hernandez/O'Neal if that were the case

While they were hotheads, I don't think it's enough to warrrant the firing of a gun. To be clear, the number of shots does not matter. That was established earlier in testimony.

Has that murdering POS Hayes been convicted yet? It can't come soon enough.

Please stop. I keep hoping for trash to go away, and you are prohibiting that from happening.

which is why I still have to go back to the unbiased witnesses who say that Will was doing nothing to warrant getting shot

Will did nothing deserving of being shot to death per witness

"good outcome"
I never elaborated on "good outcome." You were being an arse by ASSuming.
For Camille, I would hope that there are no appealable errors that would force a mistrial or retrial. I would hate that for Racquel and the rest of Smith's family and friends. I'm sure it has been quite painful for them to relive Will's death.
Contrary to what you and your other internet cronies think of me, I am not an evil person and I do have compassion for others.
If you've followed the entire thread, I have said that I have not socialized with Camille or her husband (then boyfriend) in many years... since college (which was in the early to mid-80s.) I still think of her as a friend, as I think of others that I went through school with for 12 years, just not BEST FRIENDS as some of you idiots are insisting.

But I guess RS was trying to calm the situation and feeling she needed to get in between her husband and this unknown man for no reason at all since WS was cool calm and collected right? And Cardell was a cold blooded killer getting out of his hummer with the intentions of killing a mother fricker, right?
No I don't but that narrative

Will did nothing 'in the short period JR was paying attention to that altercation that was' deserving of being shot to death per witness

Oh GTFO. You've been very clear from the beginning on where you stand on this. Even those that agreed with you said you were batshit crazy. Spare us that ridiculous crap.

except Will was shot with his back to his car and standing
he could not have been going for his gun at the moment he was shot
