Lol he told the police he shot Smith

So, we know Hayes had a gun, yet nobody saw it

So it is pretty clear the witnesss did not see everything that night

Fuller now 'cleaning up' Det Brueggeman's testimony. Says Hayes'.45 held ten rounds

Fuller: The .45 caliber of my client. What's the maximum capacity it can hold.
Det: 11 rounds, 11 bullets.

Caresse Jackman ?@CaresseJ 44m44 minutes ago
Fuller: You can't tell by casings, which shot was fired first?
Det: No.

Caresse Jackman ?@CaresseJ 44m44 minutes ago
Fuller: Have you ever been to a scene where all of the casings weren't recovered?
Det: Yes.

This is interesting because does this mean there were more than 10 shots fired which in that case means there were two active guns involved in the shooting?????

Which tells me it was in his waist and he pulled it very sneaky like and just started shooting. That's murder. Sorry

The ballistics expert already testified that all shots came from the same gun.

The ballistics expert only testified to the casings he found. A second gun could have been shot which could explain why Hernandez was on such a rush to get out of dodge (left his wife at the scene & fled in a cab) and then hired a criminal defense attorney.

And yet no witness says they saw him with a gun even though damn near every witness says they were focused on him. Quite the stretch on your part.

Has this Hayes POS been convicted of murder yet? This POS is going down.

No one has ever suggested this, no witnesses from either side nor any unbiased witnesses. It's a reach

I would agree but this seems to be a tactic that Fuller is using right now with this case. It remains to be seen whether the jurors buy it or not though as this develops further.

All of the projectiles (bullets) recovered where fired from the same gun. (the .45 cal) If another gun was fired, the bullets would have left their mark on people, buildings, cars, etc. Unless it was a revolver, shell casings would be at the scene. Witnesses would also testify to known reports from firing of the gun. If Superman only flashed the gun, why didn't he get shot?

We're at halftime and the score is 13-7 in favor of Hayes. Kevin O'Neal was pick 6 returned to the end zone for their first TD.

That's not a good joke unless someone on here makes it. Very distasteful.
