I can drive by and point out a house I shite in before the owner and I'm not connected to the construction industry at all.

Wife and I ate Mexican and had drinks then went and looked at new built homes in a new neighborhood. We toured several new builds solo and while we were in a under contract house the burritos and margaritas hit and I had no choice.
