Never had an issue with Entergy, but Lake Charles Water Division fricking sucks.

Have any of you ever called in a payment to BR Water? THE WORST.
They tell you that your account # with them is wrong the first three times you type it.. even if you type it correctly!!! You have to let them tell you it's wrong several times before they accept it.
And if you press anything wrong, you have to hang up and start all over.

Came here to bitch about BR Water and glad Im not alone. My account # is one digit longer than their automated phone service allows. I have to wait for a rep everytime. I have used 3 different emails, checked spam, etc and I have not received one email from BR water even while being on the phone with them and saying "ok I just sent another". since I went "paperless" ... I do not receive a bill at all. Im blindly paying my waterbill without seeing usage.

It just doesn't work for me sometimes. Then for some reason when I did it I paid way too much on one of my bills so I have had a negative balance the last two which is just strange because I always tell it to just pay the total and that's all. It must have paid twice one month.
