Actually what bal harbour does is they make the parking $5/hr but if you get parking validated its $1.50/hr. To get validated you simply have to buy something at a store or eat at a restaurant. Since there's no fast food either the kids eat somewhere nice or shop somewhere nice and magically the kids dont go, hell look at the pics on google, nobody goes its nice and peaceful, I love it and somehow its one of the highest grossing malls per sq ft in the country.

There's been shootings, numerous fights and robberies at Bel Air Mall in Mobile. It's a shame because a developer put a ton of money to clean it up.
Every incident involved a black person.

Used to live there in early 2000s, I know that mall. It was Flarda trashy back then, glad to see things haven't changed. Between my wife & I, average two packages per day from amazon.

The only stores that attracted me to the mall (Suncoast, music stores, Ritz, babbages and electronics boutique) are all gone.

I know a man who owns a couple of black clubs. One of them went broke while one continues to do well. The difference? He could not control the parking lot of the one that went broke and so the parking lot was always loaded with loiterers who caused lots of trouble. The club where he could charge for parking or otherwise restrict it has done well without any problems.
Charging keeps the trash out.
