I heard from my ex in-laws years ago that about 20 years ago there was a massive effort to cut off migration patterns to the deep south by getting ducks to land areas further north like Tennessee to basically cash in on duck hunting leases up there.
Was that just Mississippi retard speak or is there truth to that?
