Why do we always laugh when other people fart or we see someone get hit in the nuts

I could hear someone fart 100
Times and see someone get hit in the nuts 100 times and I’d laugh EVERY single time

Catharsis in the case of the nut shot.
Farts are just funny until you get too old to hold them in. Then they become tragic again.

I always laugh. Especially if it's a chick that does it or someone else you don't expect.
I went on a retreat one time and some fat girl let out a really loud one in the middle of everybody. It was even louder than most of mine, and it was pretty shocking to the people in the room that heard it.
My friend and I cracked up laughing.

Yes, its like those TV shows that show some dude getting racked on a bike or skateboard accident...I cringe every..time. Scrotadarity fo sho.
The fart thing is humorous to me when I do it. Pisses me off when someone else does because then I have to smell their stinky shite. Not fair, but thats how I roll.

My son is 7. I'd have to ask him to see why it originates there. H thinks farting is hysterical. Poop humor is to him Richard Pryor, George carlin, and Dave Chappell all rolled into one.
I of course still think it is hysterical. As a nurse there is no higher comedy than blowing arse in the tiny medication room, telling your buddy "good luck" as they walk in and see their face contort in horror then realization that they are trapped in "fart hell". The more critical the med needed, the more hysterical.
