I don't air dirty laundry on the OT or anywhere else on TD for that matter. I will speak up on certain things that mean a lot to me, and will not hesitate to post stories about myself that may help other posters see that they aren't alone in situations (i.e anxiety and depression).

I have discussed my last two divorces on here and recently another subject that I actually got help with. Sometimes talking about things that you wouldn't feel comfortable talking about with friends and family can help.
