It did help me at the time to vent a little actually.
But like I said. Mine didn't involve cheating of any kind just a sad story. I wouldn't post texts and FB messages and craps.

I talked about the death of my dad on here, but that was nearly a year after the fact. My mind had the opportunity to further process all the emotions of fear and loss.
The real concern is when people let loose fresh wounds and the unknown aftermaths that can manifest.
