Why are old people drawn to Womens' Basketball?

Women's baskeball? I still can't fathom how people go to every lsu home baseball game. That's like a 20 hour per week commitment. That's a part time job.

If you want to get close to the program and feel like an important booster its a lot cheaper than with the big three mens sports.

Because the game the women play below the rim is reminiscent of all basketball before the dunk took over
Passing and ball handling skills were more important.

They like the pace of the women's game as it is easy to follow. In women's basketball, you can see plays/sets developing without having to focus. The men's game is a blur in comparison.

They don't have to deal with large crowds, parking far, and expensive tickets. Plus they probably get hooked after one game and feeling bad for the players bc of the shitty crowds so they keep going back to support them.

I would guess cost of tickets. Per game is super cheap so I would imagine a whole season wouldn't cost much more than $100.

Meh, the womens game is pretty exciting and fun in person. I really enjoy games. Lots of actual basketball skill
