Supposedly getting to stores starting tomorrow LINK. I went to two grocery stores this weekend, and noticed they had space cleared out in the ice cream section for Blue Bell tomorrow.

This is gonna be considered chocolate Monday and hopefully there will be some black Friday type fights over Dutch chocolate

Serious question: what the frick have they been doing for this long? fricking blue bunny and various other generic/nondescript ice creams are crowding the freezer section. I had 2-3 1/2 gallons from the alleged aids scare they had and ate them and I'm not dead. It's been like 2 years without blue bell. And yet, we have demonstrable evidence that terrorists are mixing in with syrian refugees and we just let the doorS swing wide. World's gone batshit crazy.

I'll be at Walmarks in my sweatpants, Christmas socks, and Jesus sandals at 8:00am to load of my cart with some Blue Bell. Judge all you want...

The SO and I eat ice cream in such small portions that we justify buying Haagen dazs.

So, I don't really care.

They are paying a ton of money for that shelf space.

Payless (LeBlancs) in Galvez had 4 prime cases wrapped with Christmas paper for the Bluebell.

Behind it was inferior brands, sure they appreciated being covered for the past few days.

I don't think that they're up to all of the flavors yet. I've seen vanilla, the great divide, cookie dough, and peppermint here in TX the past few months.

The slot space companies pay a lot of times is much more than the actual grocer makes on the product. And you can bet Blue Bell is paying the premium so they can get it out and in front of people. They aren't closing those cases out of the kindness of their heart.

I wonder if it will still taste as good.
