Not really all the stupid shite, but my roommate in college had a girlfriend that was always like her at the end of the video at the end of the night.
She was a relatively mild mannered 90 lb little girl, then she'd get super drunk and it was hilarious as long as you weren't in her crosshairs. I remember driving home and stopping at the Circle K on Brightside. We go in and she disappears from the car. We find her in an isle on the floor with no shoes and dress up around her waste, eating chips and dip in the store and crying for no apparent reason. This type of thing was common. She also would revert to a toddler vocabulary and would speak in one word statements, "chips" "ice cream". It basically revolved around food at 3 a.m.. I can definitely see her doing the chip thing.
