They're slamming tacos. Female divorce attorneys are some of the most shrewd heartless counts I have ever met in my life.

What about your attorney?

You guys must not be familiar with MDAs but until I sign that nothing is official. If half the money isn't on the MDA then I'll go to court. A judge isn't going to allow her to keep all the money in a no fault divorce

Caught my wife cheating when I came home early from iraq, that night I took the kids and left. The next morning at the open i was at the bank cleaning the account. She called cussing me out around 1030 after she woke up from her hangover asking how was she supposed to live with no money, I told her next time she cheats to fk someone with $$ and not some broke arse Private in the military...

The MDA will not be signed, and she will keep all of the money. She outsmarted your dumb Azz. What is your attorney going to do about it? Seeking advice on TD??

Surely they'll make her produce bank statements where it shows where she withdrew the money and put it all into a new account. I'd make sure I had the best lawyer in town though. Pay up, its worth it.

No kidding. Unfortunately, in Louisiana, the judge will just give it to her.

Dude, you are SO fricked.

What did your attorney say when he told him that?

Are you new American Divorce court?

Your attorney is either going to laugh or rip his hair out tomorrow, but it won't be good.

Mine did the same exact thing. Wiped everything out and put it in a new account. I had to pay child and spousal support but didn't have to pay the first few months because that was getting my half back.

Its considered community property so she can't just take it all for her. Only thing to worry about is if she spends it all and doesn't have it to get your half back. She would have to give it back but obviously would take longer because she probably wouldn't just be able to come up with it.

ETA: I'm in Louisiana

It's gone. Unless she's nice which I doubt.

I have been there.
