Will do.

Oddly enough, it's the interior that turns me off more than the exterior.

Yeah, it's certainly not for everyone...but that's been Pagani's MO through the years.

Think it's one of Top gears 10 fastest cars ever. It has little flaps on the front hood that raise up and down depending on brake pressure...basically an air brake...but two individual ones like an airplane...has the same things on the back too.

ETA: It's the fastest car around top gears track currently...2 seconds faster than the aerial atom

I was expecting that to sound way more F-1ish.

It's a 6.0 liter V12, big motor...not going to have the high pitch/high rev sound of an F1.

Turbos kill that sound. Just listen to the current turbo'd F1 cars versus last years F1 cars. The Pagani Zonda is where the sounds is at. Just listen to the 760RS version. LINK

Naturally Aspirated AMG V-12 versus the Huayra's twin turbo AMG V-12

Yea it doesn't rev nearly as high.

I've drive a few of the S/CL/SL 65 cars, but was too scared to actually drive it.

Didn't know that. Must be a hell of a thrill to drive something like that.

I thought Huayra was banned in the US.

Mclaren P1

Guy had an orange one....shopping for wine at Philippe's in Lafayette this past weekend. I remarked to Philippe that he doesn't seem have room for much wine in that thing. He said, "Well, he's got at least enough room for a case of Lafite Rothschild".

I remember hearing something about the ban being recently lifted, I believe, let me look it up as this may be a part off imagination.

ETA I also believe the Zonda was and currently is illegal in the US.

Huayra is street legal in the US but the Zonda is not as far as I know.

Don't know of any orange P1's in LA...was probably an MP4-12C...still an awesome car though. I've got pictures of the orange MP4 from BR Cars & Coffee

Wow, would love to see that in person. And I think the interior is beautiful. The attention to detail is amazing.

Pagani wanted the sound of the car to evoke a plane taking off and I think they nailed it. So much turbo noise combined with the turbine hum of that V12. It's incredible.

I did but too lazy to edit. I play over there where he lives and have seen a Mclaren and a few other exotics. I'm assuming they are him too.
