Richard Simmons at the Philadelphia airport while connecting to Grand Cayman.
Paula Deene with her husband and kids at CNN Center while going to Disney on Ice with my little girls pre-k class.
Lynn Swann at the Masters in 2013. Wife was feeling weak and dizzy due to side effects from a spinal cord tumor removal a month prior. We were on the path through the woods behind the 16 grandstands and I started looking on the map for the first aid building. Saw a guy walking down the hill with a green jacket and figured he would help. Flagged him down and as he approached I realized it was Swann. He radioed for a golf cart and sat with us on the rock wall until it arrived and then rode with us to the first aid building. Even helped her walk in. Wife didn't even know who he was. Now, she is a big Lynn Swann fan.

John Goodman is a customer of mine and I have worked on both of his houses. He is a really nice guy.
He also gave me my first set of golf clubs.
(an old as hell wooden set he was throwing out.)
He was the main alternate for Hosting SNL for 20 years. He was actually never booked in advance to host, he always filled in and hosted more than anyone else.
Funny as hell too, but gets pissy when people ask him stuff about being an actor.
Most famous person would be Bill Clinton or the First George Bush.

Dale Brown for a one-on-one at MIA for about an hour while our flight to MSY was delayed. Hopefully not betraying his confidence by saying he hates the NCAA even more in private.

Nikki Sixx at a restaurant. Pointed him in the direction of the bathroom.
Met Billy Powell, piano player from Skynryd at a restaurant. He was genuinely surprised that I recognized him. First thing he asked me was how did I know who he was.
Sebastian Bach, Brett Micheals and big tittied Heather from Rock of Love in a bar in Birmingham.
Waited on the 80's band Slaughter a few years ago. Not a fan of their music, but heard some incredible rock n roll stories from the 80's.
Waited on Ruben Studdard a bunch of times.
Aside from musicians, I've also met Bo Jackson a couple times and a bunch of different comedians as well.

Got hammered with Joe Moglia at a bar in Omaha in 2007. But I doubt the celebresessed OT knows who that is without looking.
Also partied with wee man from jackass for a while on the parade route. He put my brother on his shoulders (brother is 6'2 240ish at the time) and drank about a keg of beer.

Jimmy Fallon at a bookstore in the Baltimore airport. After he hit it big, but before he hit it BIG.
Squirelly little MFer, but had an amazing wife/GF/SO.

Lenny Kravitz bought me and a girl I was dating a shot at a bar uptown several years ago.
Took a piss next to Brett Favre in Green Bay airport bathroom about 10 years ago.

I laugh every time I look at the guy. I don't know that we've ever agreed on anything politically, but he's way up there on my list of folks that I'd like to drink a beer with. Dude is straight up comical.

My then 3yo son literally ran into nick saban at fish out of water. He was pretty cool about it and said something about signing him up to be a linebacker in the future

Met Pete Maravich when he was playing for the Jazz, but it was at a hotel in Atlanta. The Jazz were playing the HAwks the next night and he was in the hotel restaurant, surprisingly by himself. Spoke to him for about 15 min. Nice guy, who is very under appreciated by those who follow the NBA.

Met HOF Frank Robinson at an Astros game back in 1994. He was sitting in front of me and had some blond bimbo feeding him peanuts and it was not his wife

Working at outback in Metairie back in high school, I "met" Aaron Brooks (who based on his actions had a heart of gold), Joe Horn, Michael Lewis, and Lil Wayne. I didn't talk to Lil Wayne because he was a huge fricking a-hole. All others were super cool and left ridiculous tips.
