I have been there a couple times and didn't see anything cool. I guess I was at a shitty terminal.

Always heard this though, what is the back story here?

I did notice a few weeks ago that their terminal train tunnel has miniature wind turbines on the wall that spin fast when the train passes.

Thought that was pretty cool. Wonder how much energy it creates though.

The artwork around the airport is creepy to me. Apparently a secret floor exist underneath the main hub of the airport.

I believe that Johnson was in on the Kennedy assassination and it had a lot to do with the Military Industrial complex and Vietnam

It's probably one of the more efficient airports in the country.

The demon horse right outside is a bit weird though.

I've got a friend that's all into this Jade Helm deal - in fact, pretty sure he owes me 1,000 bucks right now as something didn't happen by Sept 1 that was supposed to happen. Anyway, he is a nutcase about stuff like this, and a lot of conspiracy theorist are just that - shite stirring nut cases.

THAT BEING SAID - anyone that thinks the US Government doesn't hide facts, spin data, manipulate the media, isn't practiced in the art of deception (they generally do get what they want), or otherwise wouldn't love to completely control the news and its distribution, to the point of actually writing history such that it glorifies them and theirs, is either completely blind and deaf, or absolutely retarded.

Is the war on drugs a conspiracy? While I do not believe that the CIA ensured heroin made it to the burbs now, or the black community in the 60's and 70's, I fully believe that policy is established and selectively enforced based on the economic impact derived therefrom. If that's a conspiracy, then I guess I'm "a believer".

I do not believe 9/11 happened much differently than history currently has it recorded.

I've GOT to think there were more people involved in the killing of JFK. Whether anyone in higher places knows this to be true and covered it up is another matter. I would not be shocked to ultimately learn he did this alone though either.

Conspiracy theorist are pretty much like downvoters (this will me downvoted multiple times). They sit back, sling shite, and there's no price to pay for that slinging.

The four times I've had a layover there have been cool. I'm just intrigued by the history of that airport.

As far as other conspiracy theories go. I've always been interested in leaked flies about the CIA and how they try to influence American media.

It's probably not much different than anywhere else for a layover - that's not really their fault.
But it's been some of the quickest and shortest lines through security, even during peak travel times and they're well practiced at clearing snow, de-icing, and getting things going.

Great beer options while you wait for your flight too.

a conspiracy requires only two people, so yes, I believe there are plenty of aspects of life where two or more people are working to further some sinister goal.

I also believe there are many governmental and "elite" orgs (whether just two people or more) who are hiding shite from people.

beyond that, who fricking knows. i do watch The X-Files a lot.

If the conspiracy theory in question involves the US government carrying out anything remotely elaborate then I immediately call bullshite. Our government can't even launch a website without fricking it up

99 percent of the time, conspiracy theorists are crazy. I can buy some of the JFK stuff though. Not that there were more than one shooter, but that it was an inside job.

It is always hard to tell the difference between the "truthers" and the trolls who pretend to be truthers in these threads.

To me it is pretty simple. Does the government and organizations such as big business hide some stuff and not always tell the whole truth, absolutely. So by the very strictest definition there is some truth to conspiracy theories. With that said pretty much 100% of the ones that involve thousands of people lying and working together for years are full of crap. Chem trails, 911, NWO, these are all easily recognized as stupid. So if it's a big elaborate theory it is crazytown but something small could very well have some merit. It doesn't take much logic to see that. Now will somebody please tell me what hollow earth is. And do we have anybody who believes that one or flat earth? I would genuinely love to hear about those. They might be crazy but man that sounds interesting ha
