Who has seen the ceiling fan truck in Lake Charles?

90's model Chevy with tons of accessories on it and a ceiling fan mounted upside down on top of the roof.
I have been trying to get pics of it but I never have my phone ready when I do see it on the road.
I know others have seen it. Does anyone have a pic of it?

I've seen it, but don't have a pic. Lake Charles is a strange place.
Wonder if it's the same guy who used to live on 7th Avenue with all the upturned kiddie pools for umbrellas.
