Was talking about this with a buddy today. Loved my time in Baton Rouge in college but I realize that was all to do with being at LSU.

Are there any nice things about Baton Rouge other than LSU?

In reality though most places are what you make of them. BR is not the nicest place I have ever lived but I have been here for 10 years and have enjoyed it.

Spanishtown ball tonight for example.

Everything said so far, while not being directly related to LSU, wouldn't exist without LSU. I'm trying to think of something. I would have said it doesn't get very cold in winter, but that's out the window.
