Who are the world super powers?

I feel England was top 5 for a while but now feels pretty irrelevant. IMO my top 5 is:
1. USA (flat)
2. China (going up)
3. Germany (flat)
4. Russia (going down)
5. India (going up)
Days of France and England being top seem gone

Super Power entails projection power. Both economic and military might are important. Russia isn’t the old USSR. Germany’s military is an absolute joke.
It’s the USA and maybe China right now and that’s it. India might be one at some point.

Uhh...The Brits had the largest empire in human history. It wasn’t just in one area, there were so many areas in the world they owned or had heavy influence in.

I would say Germany and their allies in the EU - which obviously means not UK and sometimes France
If Germany could organize the EU like they actually wanted to (kudos to the countries that stand in the way) - they could be powerful but since the countries fight like siblings it won’t happen
