I think you need to work on your definition of racism.

That's right. It's never racism and discrimination. Not since July 2, 1964.
I am not saying other factors are not in play such as generalizations.

I cant speak for all business, industries etc.....
But I came from a Big 4 accounting background and when we hired if it was even close between a white male candidate and a non white male candidate it was a no brainer that the non white male was getting the offer.
I am not saying all industries are like that (I don't know), but I do know what happened in those firms. I do know the quotas of hires from traditional black colleges where unfortunately several candidates just weren't adequately prepared by such institutions but we hired them anyways. That is the way it is in that arena.

The company I used to work for put a black woman in charge and she hired all black people for 2 years. A total of 4 employees and it left me as the only white person in the office before I ended up leaving. You can hire as many black people as you want but you have to limit the white people you hire... 'Merica.

here is a perfect example of why some blacks do not get hired
I was looking for a new driver to cover a route locally, and i knew the bread company this black guy worked for paid shite. So i walk up, talk to him for a minute or so, and tell him i might have a job opening soon, and he knows many of the stops, so he could come right in. He tells me, all right, i gotta get outta here, i'm the newest guy and they put me on the worst route here, all because im black.
I thought right, there, he has ZERO fricking shot now. All new guys get the shite routes in distribution gigs, not becaue of their color,its because the good routes are taken by guys there longer.
He pissed away a chance at an easy gig, more pay, because he was programmed to blame everyone, but himself.

We had a fat white lady at work. They had to fill out all kinds of paper work to get rid of her. She still tried to sue. Lesson. Don't hire whites.

I don't identify myself as black or white, I'm a man, husband, dad, above any color, and carry myself a certain way to better myself and my family. You know because they depend on me.
I would be the same regardless of my ethinicity, and I guarantee you I would be a success. No matter what anyone thinks, says or tries to do to hamper me. And I know it works because I know many blacks who are a success
You sound miserable and if most blacks feel the way you do I can see why they fail in life
