Whirlpool Gold Fridge help, Napoleon.

Mod- GC3NHAXVS01
Not cooling, compressor isn't kicking on.
Pulled the board, it looks great. Fan runs all the time when plugged in.
Cleaned the coils very well. Disconnected for 30 minutes for it to reset,
nada. Lights, digital read-out, etc work fine.
BTW, as you should know by the mod#, it's a counter depth model.
Bad defrost unit?

bad start relay on compressor or bad control board. Only going to be one of those two.
