which one of you douchebags has a flashing light on his dash?

i got on I10 at Acadian last night, and was followed by a douche in a black ford truck, with a flashing white light on his dash. he appeared to be using it to clear the lane in front of him. eventually, he pulled farther to the right and turned off the light. i wondered why, until he was passed by a trooper in a suburban.
eta that i'm a dyslexic, dyscalculic, agnostic, so i stay up nights pondering the existence of dog. also, i made a mistake and called it I12.

He'll think the next vehicle behind him won't really be a cop.
They will try to pull him over.
He'll ignore them.
He'll be arrested for attempting to evade the police.
It's a win win. The slow left lane driver is off the road and the cop is busy with him allowing the faster drivers to speed on through.

i'm a rabid right lane driver, unless i'm passing. this asshat was on my bumper on the entrance ramp and tried to keep me from merging onto the highway. he was pushing me in the far right lane from college to the 10-12 split.
