I worked at Pizza Hut back in the day before it turned to pure commercialized crap. It was awesome, tons of free food.

Kenny Rogers Roasters
But it's not fast food, it's good food quickly.

My first job was at the Burger King in Central almost 15 years ago. It sucked, but I didn't know any better. I just figured all bosses were pyschopaths.
Can't imagine how bad the conditions are now. I've noticed that student jobs seem to be shifting away from fast food around here. Back then it was almost all high school student workers. Either parents aren't letting/making their kids work anymore, or more kids are finding slightly more glamorous hook-up jobs.

Domino's in 11th grade. Tried to get fired. Ended up quitting and worked at the pool for the summer. Best decision ever.

No but I ran concession stands all of high school and even a couple summers during college. I enjoyed it... It was like owning my own small business. I set the prices, fulfilled inventory, ran it during operating hours, and counted the sales each night. My parents filed the taxes.
In college, I helped run a concession stand at a bigger park... I was AMAZED at how much money was bring stolen. I took it upon myself to go clean out the registers to hedge that from happening. The guy running it knew my family and trusted that I was a good guy. I basically self promoted myself. I worked with some strange folks.

None. I did work at Sicily's back in the day when I was 16, will you allow that?

High school kids are working at Cane's and Chick Fil A now instead of McDonald's or Burger King.

Never worked fast food.
I'm a dad to 3 boys that have good work ethics and know there are no free rides.
Oldest is 25, played sports didn't work a regular job but did odd jobs for a little extra spending money, worked at Home Depot in college, mechanical engineer.
Middle boy is 20, started work at 16 at McDonalds lasted for 6 months, hated the manager quit and scored a job with subway, worked there through HS, loved it. Working at Big Lots now in his second year of accounting.
Youngest is 18, senior in HS, only plays rec league basketball, been working for a year at a local catfish restaurant bussing tables. Cuts grass and other odd jobs during the summer.
Proud of my boys.

I worked at Popeyes for one full shift and 2 hours the second day. Then I realized that shite wasn't for me. Couldn't eat Popeyes for two months afterwards because of the smell.
Left and went work at a snowball stand for the rest of the summer.
