Columbia has a pretty weak currency. At one point about six months ago is was $1 for 3000 Columbian pesos.

Uganda was in the news today.

I learned

70% of Ugandans are subsistence farmers.
most of them are illiterate. The UN just came up with $27 million to make bank for micro banks for them.

They do not have a pot to pee into.

My Bucket List includes specifically NEVER being in India.

Cartagena, Colombia FTW not necessarily the cheapest but the fringe benefits.....

One of the reasons we picked Bali for the upcoming honeymoon was because of how strong the dollar is there.
