Laredo is 88% white according to wikipedia. But I know that in the US when people speak Spanish they automatically become non-white.
For some reason, the census counts Hispanics as white too. According to wiki, Laredo is 95.6% Hispanic or Latino and 3.4% non-Hispanic White.

Have you filled out a census before? Hispanic isn't a race so they ask you separately what your race is and whether or not you're Hispanic. You can be white Hispanic (Christina Aguilera and George Zimmerman), black Hispanic (David Ortiz and Zoe Saldana) or other/mestizo Hispanic (??). I guess that you could also be Asian/Hispanic.

Harlingen or McAllan, TX It isn't even close.

Someone who's clearly been. I've been to Miami, LA, and Laredo, and they pail in comparrison to this shithole. It is fricking Mexico, and in comfortable annexing the Rio Grande Valley to Mexico. The place is a complete and total shite hole. It's the correct answer.

And to the people who say New Orleans and San Francisco.

Langley Park, Maryland. I was there for two days straight and only saw two white people the entire first day... an older couple that looked lost.

Went into a grocery store that was absolutely jam packed and my grandpa and I were the only two white people in it.
