Right now. I've switched to Vanilla Cream flavor Whey mixed with coffee... really like it.

Before I was mixing Vanilla cream and fruit punch gatorade.

1 banana
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 scoop vanilla whey powder
Handful of frozen strawberries
1/2 cup skim milk

Blend together.

This will make 2 breakfast smoothies, and they are tasty.

Tablespoon of Natural PB
1/2 Banana (freeze other 1/2 for snack or another shake)
2 handfuls baby spinach (3 cups)
1 scoop of vanilla protein
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 cups ice

Blend and you're getting a get amount of your veggies for the day. You won't even taste the spinach. Tastes like PB and Banana.

been using costco frozen cherries in a vanilla flavor this week, I thought I was allergic to ON whey but it turns out I was getting constipated from too much protein. Adding alot of fiber now.

Excuse my ignorance with this stuff, but if I'm working out and wanting to cut 10 lbs, can I still use this stuff or is this only good for those wanting to bulk up?

Still good to use. most protein mixes are only 140-200 calories per serving and are low in fat and carbs.

40-60 grams of protein after a workout is good for you. Helps your body recover faster.

It's great for losing weight because Protein keeps you full and thus not snacking. Use it before working out or as a breakfast.

Also, I would recommend whey protein instead of casein protein due to a faster protein absorption rate and Whey has alot of BCAA that will help you body lose fat instead of muscle while you cut.

Thanks guys. I've been wanting to try something but I'm 6'2 and 215 so don't want to add weight. I'd like to get a little leaner and closer to 200.

I use Promasil by Rivalus. I mix the powder with water. Not nearly as bad as you'd think.

Protein will help you build lean muscle, which burns a lot of calories/fat.

Thats the same height and weight as I am.

With two shakes a day, I use the myfitness app on my phone to count my calories and don't have any problem keeping calories in check.

I mix it with water, because that's how it's supposed to be.
