Northwest Hills. It gives you proximity to Downtown with the nice enclosed neighborhood feel of a Bee Cave or Lakeway area. It has great schools,, And with just driving across Mopac via Anderson Ln, you're right next to Alamo Drafthouse, The Goodnight, Korea House, Cover 3, The Dojo, and other great places.

Can anybody chime in on Steiner ranch? How is it rated?

Are public schools good?

It's very nice. Schools are great. I think they feed in to either Lake Travis HS or Vandegrift HS. Very nice area close to the Lake
